Ingredients: 1lb. Ground Beef 2 Tablespoons Butter 2 Cloves garlic (finely chopped) ˝ cup Mushrooms (sliced) ˝ cup onion (diced) ˝ cup Green Pepper (diced) 1 10 ˝ ounce can condensed Tomato soup 1 10 ˝ ounce can condensed Mushroom soup 1 ˝ cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese ˝ cup of water ˝ cup of milk 1/8 cup chopped flat leaf parsley ˝ lb. Spaghetti cooked just before al dente Salt & Pepper to taste |

Directions:1) In a large skillet brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add the butter, onion, green pepper, garlic, and mushrooms and sauté 10 minutes. 2) Next add the mushroom soup, tomato soup, water, milk, and parsley and then cook another 10 minutes to heat through and thicken. 3) Remove skillet from heat and add and combine spaghetti and ˝ cup of cheese. Fold mixture into a 3 quart casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake in a 350 degree pre-heated oven for 30 minutes or until casserole is bubbling. |
